The collaboration centers on integrating NVIDIA's accelerated computing capabilities, CUDA-X libraries, and open-source Nemotron models into Palantir's Ontology framework, which forms the foundation of the Palantir AI Platform. This integration aims to provide enterprises with sophisticated, context-aware reasoning capabilities necessary for operational AI applications across industries including retail, healthcare, financial services, and the public sector.
"Palantir and NVIDIA share a vision: to put AI into action, turning enterprise data into decision intelligence," said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. The partnership creates specialized applications and AI agents capable of managing complex industrial and operational workflows that power modern enterprises.
Alex Karp, cofounder and CEO of Palantir Technologies, emphasized the focus on immediate value delivery. The collaboration fuses Palantir's AI-driven decision intelligence systems with NVIDIA's AI infrastructure to deploy solutions that deliver asymmetric advantages to customers.
Lowe's Pioneers Supply Chain Innovation
Home improvement retailer Lowe's is among the first companies to leverage this integrated technology stack, using it to create a digital replica of its global supply chain network. This digital twin enables dynamic, continuous AI optimization aimed at enhancing supply chain agility while reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
Seemantini Godbole, executive vice president and chief digital and information officer at Lowe's, highlighted the complexity of modern supply chains and the critical role AI will play in adaptation. Even minor demand fluctuations can create cascading effects throughout global networks, making real-time optimization essential for competitive retail operations.
Technical Integration and Capabilities
The partnership brings several NVIDIA technologies into Palantir's ecosystem. NVIDIA CUDA-X data science libraries paired with accelerated computing will enable real-time, AI-driven decision-making for business-critical workflows through Palantir's Ontology system.
The NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform, including cuOpt decision optimization software, will support dynamic supply-chain management capabilities. Meanwhile, NVIDIA Nemotron reasoning models and NeMo Retriever will allow enterprises to rapidly develop AI agents informed by their organizational data structures.
Looking ahead, the companies are working to integrate NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture into Palantir AIP, which promises to accelerate the entire AI pipeline from data processing and analytics through model development to production deployment using advanced reasoning agents.
The collaboration ensures that Palantir AIP workloads maintain the highest standards of privacy and data security required for complex compliance domains. Palantir's Ontology creates digital replicas of organizations by organizing data and logic into interconnected virtual objects representing real-world concepts and relationships, essentially providing an intelligent, AI-enabled operating system.
The partnership was announced at NVIDIA GTC Washington, D.C., where both companies are offering hands-on workshops for attendees interested in operationalizing AI within their organizations.
